REGISTRATION ON-SITE
The Registration Desk will open on December 8 at 12:00.
On the day of the event, please print out your name badge from your account and bring it to the Registration Desk.
After your arrival is confirmed by scanning the QR code, you will receive your congress kit.
How to Download Your Name Badge
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Click “Download Name Badge.”
Please note that you will not be able to download your name badge if your payment has not been completed.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Log in or Create an Account
If you are a speaker who has already created an account and submitted an abstract, please log in to the registration system using your ID and password.
If you are an audience member (non-speaker), please create a new account before logging in.
Step 2: Complete the Form and Make Payment
Fill out the registration form in your account and proceed with the payment.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Please note that bank transfers are not accepted.
For those whose registration fee or banquet is covered by a symposium:
Please note that not all invited symposium speakers are eligible for this coverage.
Only those who have been specifically informed by their symposium organizer should select "Covered by symposium."
Also, please make sure to accurately select the symposium that is covering your participation.
Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy
- There will be no refund for “no-show” registrants.
Organizers will not respond to requests to mail conference publications to such individuals. - There will be no refund for cancellations/withdrawals received after September 30, 2025.
For cancellation notices received before September 30, 2025, a 70% of payment will be refunded.
VISA Inquiry
Attendees from abroad, except for citizens of countries and regions exempt from visa requirements, need a visa to travel to Japan.
If you require visa documents, please complete the necessary information in the following form.
Documents for VISA application and processing time may depend on the nationality of the applicant. The applicants must prepare all required materials and apply for it by themselves at the nearest embassy/ consulate general at their areas.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON
Registration of Accompanying Person
(A spouse or another companion of a participant registered for the Grand Meeting 2025) is possible.
